When can you expect to receive the items you purchase?

Once your payment has cleared, you should receive your order within 7 to 14 days. Delivery to United Kingdom addresses will, in most cases, be sooner than this.

We will always endeavour to provide adequate, safe packaging so that your goods arrive safe and sound. Quality materials will always be used. We deliver your goods using the United Kingdom's Royal Mail parcel service.

Notwithstanding the above, if your purchase is damaged whilst in transit to you, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue you with a Returns Number. Upon the item's safe return to us, we will refund your payment in full.
